About Kari:

Kari Means is a medical device sales professional with a foundation built in the United States Air Force, strategic account management, and hands‑on orthopedic training. She has spent the last several years building and growing complex customer relationships, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and supporting high‑stakes environments where preparation and clear communication matter.

After serving as an Air Force meteorologist, briefing pilots and commanders on mission‑critical weather, Kari transitioned into commercial roles where she managed key accounts, led revenue‑generating initiatives, and learned how to uncover customer problems and match them with the right solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, graduated summa cum laude, and earned her MBA from the University of Kentucky, adding formal business and strategy training to her field experience.

Kari is now channeling that mix of military discipline, sales performance, and academic rigor into orthopedic and sports medicine device sales. Through Medical Sales College and extensive product and OR-lab exposure, she has gained practical understanding of surgical workflows, instrumentation, and how great reps support surgeons and staff before, during, and after cases. Her goal is to be the associate who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and helps grow a territory by earning trust—one case, one conversation, and one relationship at a time.
